Most recently, he served as the Implant and Operations Manager for a major dental laboratory in the Phoenix area. In this role, Mike oversaw departmental staff and operations, managed treatment planning for complex cases, designed free-hand and guided “All-on-X” cases, and streamlined digital workflows.

Throughout his career, it became increasingly clear that the dental lab industry was evolving in ways never seen before.
